# Penalties/Punishments

#### Strikes,

This is given every time an employee fails to meet the quota requirements. Exceptions are made for those who submitted a temporary leave request and with a valid reason.

#### Minor Demerits,

This is given to those who have obtained 3 strikes, those who have been reported with valid evidence<sub>(1)</sub>, those who have been spotted with intentions of destructing the relationship between BNS and our partners<sub>(1)</sub>. We, the High Ranks, reserve the final decision.

#### Major Demerits,

This is to be decided by the High Ranks. There is a possibility that you will obtain one from the offences listed for Minor Demerits<sub>(1)</sub>. Obtaining 3 of those will result in termination from Public Relations.&#x20;
