## Requests

### Incoming

This is when someone would like to partner with BloxNShop in support tickets. Please make sure to send them that message.

Please make sure your group follows these requirements:
- Must have 2 alliances representatives that can stay in the roblox and discord group.
- Must have atleast 500 non-botted discord members.
- Must have atleast 5000 non-botted roblox members.
- Should be an active community
- Must be able to organize events with us and communicate with us.
- Must post our announcement when asked by a public relations member.
- Have a good reputation.

Once they let you know that they have completed the form, ping an HOD.

### Outgoing

Before requesting any outgoing partnership, make sure that you have full approval. Do this by filling out the format in [#alliances](https://discord.com/channels/1294897557176320000/1329551983245266954) (make sure to check if we fit the groups requirements). After getting approval, contact the group using the format below.

If the group is not interested, do not push them to be interested and in stead respectfully say something like "Thank you for your time!". If they however are interested, please notify an HOD and follow their instructions.

## Events

### Alliance visits

Alliance visits consist of BloxNShop and the alliance visiting each others games and showing around. Alliance visits should be agreed with the other side beforehand. Alliance visits are not to be announced to the public. Once the visit has concluded, make sure to take a photo with the other side and post it in [#events](https://discord.com/channels/1188319939719856209/1300121094421745714) using the format below.

**Guide for showing around in BloxNShop:**

1. Spawn: introduce yourself and BloxNShop
2. Entrance
3. Aisles: let them know we have over 900 products
4. Staff room (only if you have admin and can teleport them)
5. Checkouts: if you can, showcase the manuals
6. Exit: Take a picture and conclude the visit

### Other collaborative events

## Alliance Check-ins

Alliance check-in is a message which checks how your alliance has been doing and if there is anything you could do for them. There is no set format for check-ins, but you may use the message below for example.
