# Community Events

Community events are hosted for the community and are posted beforehand in the [#events](https://discord.com/channels/1188319939719856209/1300121094421745714) channel. Before hosting an event you must get permission using the format [here](https://discord.com/channels/1294897557176320000/1323821684997755024). After getting permission, please announce the following message:
